Refund and Returns Policy for NOUNOU DIGITAL
Introduction
Thank you for shopping at NOUNOU DIGITAL. Because our products are digital assets delivered via internet download and include resell rights, we have a strict refund policy to protect our digital intellectual property.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (including templates and downloadable kits), all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered or accessed, we cannot offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned” once they are downloaded.
Product Access & Technical Issues
We are committed to ensuring you receive your product. If you experience any technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us immediately. In cases where a download link is broken or a file is corrupted, we will provide a replacement link or a functional version of the same product.
Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and the payment is processed, the digital delivery is triggered automatically. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are only considered in very limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate purchases of the exact same product made by mistake (within 48 hours).
- A complete failure to deliver the digital asset .
